Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website.
As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions. Any purchase(s) made through www.jasonshepherd.com.au will be subject to the Jason Shepherd Terms and Conditions.
By using our website, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them.

These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of any goods by you (the Customer or you). We are Jason Shepherd whose printing address is at, Back Dragon Rd, Harrogate HG1 5BB with email address firstname.lastname@example.org; (the Supplier or us or we).
These are the terms on which we sell all Goods to you. By ordering any of our prints, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Before placing an order on the Website, you will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions by clicking on the button marked ‘I Accept’. If you do not click on the button, you will not be able to complete your Order. You can only purchase the Goods from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.
We produce digital prints on the world’s leading paper manufacturers, which is used by the most prestigious exhibition galleries across the world. These prints are very high quality, whose finish, sharpness, and contrast are optimal both in colour and in black and white.
Under the supervision of Jason Shepherd, the prints are numbered and provided with a Certificate of Authenticity.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that any information you have supplied is true and correct.
- All prints / pricing which appear on the website are subject to availability.
We may contact you by e-mail or other electronic communication methods and by pre-paid post and you expressly agree to this.
Basis of Sale
As the customer, you are responsible for supplying all required information when purchasing your print(s). This includes your full name, shipping and billing address (no P.O. Boxes), contact telephone number, email address, and payment method.
We do not accept responsibility for items delivered incorrectly if the information supplied by you is spelt incorrectly.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, in which case the customer’s sole remedy is a refund.
Price and Payment
Each listed print price is dependent on which country you are placing your order.
You may pay for your order by Credit Card, Mastercard, or STRIPE, or such other means as we may in future choose to accept.
Your bank information is coded (SSL technology, Secure Socket Layer) and cannot travel on the internet. Your card and bank information such as your card number and expiration date are kept confidential from us.
We regrettably do not accept cash payments.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders are usually processed within (3-5) working days. The address that you provide as the shipping address when you place your order is the address to which your order will be shipped. Shipping fees vary according to the destination, carrier as well as the number of prints ordered.
On delivery, a tracking number will be provided to you. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us. In this case, we will forward your tracking number to you via email immediately.
Note that it is not possible to change your order once it has been placed. The only exception is the delivery address, in which case can be changed if your order has not yet been dispatched. To change the address for an unshipped order, please contact us via email at email@example.com
Please inspect your print upon arrival and contact us immediately if the print is at all damaged. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests must be received within (24-hours) of delivery and must include your full name, order & tracking number and photographic proof of the damage for us to review and decide whether the damage did occur during shipping.
If the above steps are not followed after the delivery of the damaged product, we accept no responsibility.
If we approve your request for a replacement, we will not charge you for the new print. Please refer to shipment times for expected delivery dates.
Returns and Cancellations
We print to order for all purchases, so unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect size choice.
We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your space – or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion! Similarly, please ensure you measure up carefully. A great trick is to cut a sheet of paper to the exact size of print that you’re considering and blue-tack it to the wall. This will give you a really good sense of how the print will look in your space.
If you receive the wrong print or print size to what was initially ordered, we will exchange the print free of charge. If the print is no longer available, we will offer you another print of an equivalent value. The shipping fees of the return and the new shipment will be assumed by us.
Orders can be cancelled until 17:00 UK (GMT+1) on the same business day. The cancellation process can be made by emailing email@example.com with your full name, and order number.
Circumstances beyond the control of either party
In the event of any failure by either beyond either parties reasonable control:
- We will advise the other party as soon as reasonably practicable; and
- the party’s obligations will be suspended so far as is reasonable, provided that that party will act reasonably, and the party will not be liable for any failure which it could not reasonably avoid, but this will not affect the Customer’s rights relating to delivery and any right to cancel.
